Terms of service

These terms are a working draft and have not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. They describe how Architect AI is intended to operate. We will tell you before they change in a way that affects you.
What Architect AI is
Architect AI is software that assists with architectural documentation inside Autodesk Revit. It proposes work; you decide whether to accept it. It is not a substitute for professional judgement, and nothing it produces is a certification of anything.
Your work stays yours
Your models, drawings and the content you create using Architect AI belong to you. We claim no ownership of them and no right to use them to train models.
What we send where
To answer a request, Architect AI sends the part of your model relevant to that request to a third-party model provider on our behalf, using our credentials. Your model file itself is not uploaded. We do not sell your data and we do not share it beyond what a request requires.
Accounts and practices
An account belongs to a person; a subscription and its AI usage belong to a practice. Owners and administrators of a practice can see that practice's usage. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in secure.
AI usage and points
AI work is measured in points, deducted as work completes. You are not charged for work that fails. Points included with a plan are granted at the start of each period and do not roll over unless your plan says they do. Purchased points do not expire while your account is active.
What we do not promise
Architect AI produces proposals, and proposals can be wrong. We do not warrant that its output is accurate, complete, or fit for construction. You remain responsible for checking any work before it leaves your office. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you have paid us in the previous twelve months.
Availability
Architect AI needs a connection to work. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and maintenance or a provider outage may interrupt it.
Ending it
You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We may suspend an account that is not paid for or that is being used to harm the service or other customers. If we end your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of what you paid.
